"This was a rather nice recipe although I used rice instead of noodles and lightly cooked and sautéed asparagus. Lovely fresh flavours for a simple but effective lunch."

"I would make the chicken again but using chicken thighs (well..it's not out of the ordinary, a typical barbecue type recipe) but found the mash unsatisfying as an accompaniment. Apart from not really complimenting the chicken it was a bit of a mushy non-event. "
