"I have made similar recipe but chocolate rum n raisin. Substituted 50mls of cream for 75grms chocolate (good quality,B&G is great),used full fat cream cheese-so naughty-but worth the sin. Soaked a handful of raisins in rum,longer you leave the more the taste,and added to mixture. Think i'll try this recipe but soak some orange in cointreau-sorry kids-"
