"did anyone else find this dough ridiculously difficult to roll out? I made them a few years ago and had the same problem then - why can't I get it to roll out? It seems to light and fluffy and despite all my best efforts it just sticks to the rolling pin!! Any help appreciated. "

"I don't think you need to be a keen cook for this, it was really easy. Nor sure about the capers though; I can't say they really added anything and looked a bit like fryed black bits in amongst the calamari. REally lovely and really easy."
