"I thought it was a shame to waste those lovely oranges especially when the recipe says you can use orange juice instead of alcohol - I decided to use the orange juice in the fruit seeping process. I'll let you know how I get on!!"

"This was one of the tastiest things I've ever cooked. I know what people mean about it being a little dry - it's not as moist as a normal lasagne but 100 times tastier. It's delicious. I did as others suggested and added some roasted garlic and used a bit more creme fraiche and added some chilli - it is a wonderful dish that is even tastier cold! I personally wouldn't add the tomatoes like some have suggested but some suggestions to get it a little moister would be great."

"did anyone else find this dough ridiculously difficult to roll out? I made them a few years ago and had the same problem then - why can't I get it to roll out? It seems to light and fluffy and despite all my best efforts it just sticks to the rolling pin!! Any help appreciated. "
