"First attempt at roast pork and it was lovely and moist. Also enjoyed the apple slices (dont like apple sauce but enjoyed the roasted apples) Made roast potatoes in the roasting tin with the pork. Enjoyed by all and will make again."

"Loved this rice dish. Great as a side dish to BBQ prawns or fish. Served to friends and they wanted to recipe to try for themselves."

"Replaced the water with a glass of white wine and simmered until reduced. Included some par-boiled potatoes to make more of a one pot meal and added some prawns with the fish. Lovely!!"
