"This really was great. Mainly I suspect because its covered in sugar, but was really nice. Watch out if you have leaks in your pastry sides you will get a big pool of juice at the bottom of your oven... Still tasted good though. Will definitely make again. (Especially now they have corrected the recipe to include the right amount of sugar)."

"I cooked it with pita bread recipe from http://uktv.co.uk/food/recipe/aid/511930 The falafel was great and the fresh pita was too. Though it means roll the pita not just press flat or you get fat pita! But I'm docking two stars because I had to refer to the magazine to find out it was a small red onion chopped and half a teaspoon of harissa/chili powder. Others may have guessed intuitively but I did not. Second recipe in a row missing bits. Plus another star is docked for making me submit this review three times due to the website eating it. So five stars for the magazine recipe but only two for the website."

"Funny everyone else seems to have loved this. But I just could not get it to cook. No matter how hot I got it the rice just stayed uncooked. I assume its meant to steam under the tinfoil but either the tinfoil kept the heat out or something. We ended up eating supper about an hour late which was a pain. It eventually tasted ok but nothing special just rice with curry flavour. Would not attempt again a right pain."

"How much tumeric? I put in a pint of milk and a teaspoon of tumeric in the end. But all in all there were too many bits for a fairly average result. It was edible but not spectacular, and a bit on the pricy side once you have found two types of fish. As I said it was OK but I would not bother to make it again."

"How much milk? To cover or is there meant to be a quantity. Less than a pint presumably if you make it up to a pint with water later but how much less? Thanks"
