"Fantastic recipe! Incredibly easy, healthy, only one dish to wash, I've been making it while watching TV: just set the timer every time you need to throw in the oven the next ingredient. I tried it both with and without the vivegar and I prefer it without. It's fancy enough to serve for a dinner party too if you double the quantities and use your oven's large tray to bake everything. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed!"

"Yummy! I absolutely love the faint onion flavour, it gives the dish another dimension! I use 50g of butter instead of 5 (that's a typo) and I use more milk as I like the sauce a bit runny. Sometimes I add some blue cheese, depending on what I have in the fridge"

"Absolutely delicious, went down very well with both my dark chocolate freak friend and my husband who is not a fan of dark chocolate. The toddlers loved it too. I keep one in the freezer for emergency dinner parties - it is comes out perfect even after 6 months in the freezer :-0"

"My signature starter for every dinner party I hosted, so easy and impressive! I skip the prawns and add half a teaspoon of red (salmon) caviar on the dollop of horseradish cream to make it extra posh"
