"Could you leave out the flesh and peel, to make shredless marmalade? I'm very lazy (usually use Mamade!) and couldn't be bothered with all the chopping. I realise you'd still have to add the pips during the boiling process."

"Dead easy, quick but very impressive. If you have the time or inclination, make your own lemon curd (I use Delia's recipe) - miles better than shop bought. Intend to try making it with orange curd sometime."

"This has become my signature dish! So easy to prepare; make in advance then finish off at the last minute, making it a great dinner party dish. Try it with braised lentils and a sauce of equal parts jam, red wine vinegar and water!"
