"I thought the flavours were delicious but the meat was nowhere near as tender as I would have expected. It was actually quite tough, even though I had followed the recipe exactly. Bit disappointing but as the flavours of the sauce and potatoes were good, I think it has potential and will try again"

"I had a cheesecake orientated picnic for my birthday and this was the star attraction. It was incredibly quick and easy to make. It didn't really stay together very well though and I would try using both more biscuits and a bit more butter next time. It certainly didn't affect the taste however. It was gone within minutes and people are still talking about how delicious it was the next day. Will definitely make again, even if it does fall apart :)"

"This was quite tasty but it didn't go down as well with my guests as the lemony potato salad from this site. I replaced the parsley with coriander because I'm not a big fan of it, and I think it suited the dish"

"I really liked the flavours in this, it smelt wonderful and it was a nice change to the standard mayonnaise based potato salad which I can feel going straight to my thighs :) , but found it a little dry. Might try again..."
