"Great dip - I loved the zingy taste of it. I served it with Nachos, Olives, Humous and sundried tomatoes as starter nibbles. Delicious!"

"I agree, making the pastry strips was a little tricky, but it got easier with practice. The end result looked so yummy, it really was well worth the effort. The bonus of this dish is being able to make the pastry a day ahead. I assembled it on the day for 18 people which was really easy to do. Can only recommend this!"

"Absolutely stunning - I made these for a special birthday dinner for 18 people. Easy to prepare the meringues up to 2 days in advance and the filling the day before. Very light and just the right thing after a large meal! Will definitely do them again!"
