"I agree with others you get more than 12. They were fantastic. I added any dried fruit i had, prunes apricots and cranberries. I used my favourite tipple cointreau and they were delicious"

"I loved this soup. Wasn't sure about the tarragon but it goes perfectly with peas. In fact its the best pea soup I have ever tasted. I agree with previous people, 1 litre of stock is fine. I used dried tarragon and used 2 tsp. My only addition was to add a garlic clove and extra potatoes. Great foe freezing. "

"This recipe is fabulous. I would agree with others that the asparagus does not need so much cooking. I also added mushrooms and garlic. Served with lemon and garlic mayonnaise just finishes it off nicely. "
