"Good midweek family meal. I also added a stock cube and good quality chorizo. Found 50ml of water was not enough, and added a further 250ml so tha the rice was cooked. Next time may add some red chillis for a kick!"

"Tasty way to cook pork, although I found that the satay mix fell off when you turned the pork over no matter how careful you were! Kids enjoyed it, and will probably make again. Good for a midweek meal."

"Agree with the first comment regarding the size of the portions. Found that if you increase the potatoes to 500g and double the chorizo then you will have enough for two. Very nice midweek meal - recommended."

"Cooked this meal for the first time recently. Stuck to the recipe with no deviations and was pleasantly surprised by the result. First time using quinoa, but did not encounter any issues as highlighted by previous reviewers. A meal for the whole family, and my children certainly enjoyed. Accompanied by some home-made Naan bread made for a filling meal."
