"Tasted fab. Also, served with crusty bread & broccoli. Added a little of the veg cooking water to loosen the sauce. Would definitely make again!"

"Another favourite in our house. So quick and easy. Take care not to over cook it though, otherwise it can be a bit dry."

"This was really easy to make and received lots of compliments! Only put in about a tablespoon of fresh tarragon from the garden but the taste was still quite pronounced and wouldn't use more. Added a swirl of cream too but didn't feel it needed bread as it was part of 4 courses. Would definitely make it again."

"Did this for a BBQ for 20 people. There was loads! Not many people chose it but those who did really enjoyed it, including me. I didn't add any coriander or salt but would add both if I did it again."
