"I would possibly add a few crushed chocolate cream biscuits (like Oreo) to it OR drizzle with some Dulce de Leche before serving. OMW! Cannot wait to try this out! "

"Have had Souvlaki before that was done with beef with the addition with some ground cumin - absolutely heavenly! For those who are adventurous I would recommend giving this variation a try! Adjust spice addtion to your preference, of course."

"What about adding a few whole cloves of garlic with the lemon into the cavity of the chicken before roasting and also pushing about 3 whole cloves into the the lemon before putting it into the cavity? How would this work to add depth and extra richness to the flavour?"

"Can anyone say whether a different soft cheese can be used instead of Ricotta? Would normal cream cheese work as well? (Ricotta not so easy to find where I live)"
