"I used this as a side dish and wasn't sure what type of veg special frozen veg was so just used a mix of carrot , broccoli and cauliflower , which was great . I would make this dish again as it was quick, easy and only used i dish for cooking so less washing up"

"I made this last night and it was really tasty, i also added some pancetta when i was frying the onions and i used lemon thyme as ordinary wasn't available. I served it with asparagus, green beans ,roasted cubes of potato and sweet potato I think the sauce is very versatile and could be used with chicken as well as fish"

Chicken, sweet potato & coconut curry

"I made this for tea tonight , i used pataks korma paste but used about triple the amount of paste, i didn't use lentils as i didn't have any , i found the sauce very thin and it took ages for it to reduce as i like my curry sauce fairly thick but it was a delicious flavour , although i wouldn't use peas again i would probably use some onions and peppers instead."

"this was much easier to make than i thought but i couldn't get passion fruit so used raspberries instead. I rolled this up with the yogurt to quickly and when i went to serve it the yogurt had gone a bit watery but it was ok. I would make it again as it looks very pretty and tastes great."

Poached pears in spiced red wine
9 comments
"I made this yesterday for a dinner party , they were amazing although i had to poach my pears for much longer than stated as they were quite hard when i bought them, the smell of the vanilla was delicious . I also agree with the comments about reducing the sauce it is very easy to over reduce and it does become alot thicker when cooled . I am going to make this again on New Years day it was so yummy ,even my husband ate it and he doesn't like pears"
