"Changed this a little as thought that courgettes alone would be tad bland. Added a little sweetcorn, quartered cherry tomatoes, finely diced red onion, red Kideney bean and pasta. Added a little salt and pepper to the marinade. Was gtreat - and cooling in the hot weather...eventhe kids oved it (aged 3 and 6)."

"Tasty indeed - added carrots instead of peas as did not have any and paprika to give it a little more taste. Used fresh chicken breast that I floured and pan fried quickly before putting them in the soup - the eat was moist and tender."

"With one son that wanted banana cake and the other a chocolate cake, this recipe was just great - killed two birds with one stone. Made just one cake - very moist but may add one more banana next time. Streusel was good but not really essential. Went down a treat and will definitely be making this one again."
