Chicken & white bean stew

"Just fab and so healthy - have made it a few times. I think the stock you use makes a big difference to the end flavour. Tasty stock, great result; bland stock, bland result. Try the Knorr stock pots!"

Roast plum duck puffs

"I've prepared mine and frozen them, so don't yet know the final result, but I had problems with the sauce escaping when I folded and sealed the pastry into a crescent. Also the mixture made loads more than implied and I ran out of pastry after making 14 using about half the mix - tasted great though!"

"I love it and make it quite often. I prefer it with slightly more stock so it stays moist, and when I don't have broccoli, I use a couple of wedges of savoy cabbage or brussel tops cut into quarters."

Caramelised onion tart

"I don't think I've made a quiche or tart like this since school, but so tempted by how it looked in the mag. It was so easy, and it tasted fantastic, my husband loved it. I made one a couple of nights ago using Gruyere as I didn't have any Emmental, thinking it would last two nights! no chance - all gone in one go! Looks like I'll have to make another tonight - will try Emmental this time"
