"Fantastic recipe and really easy to follow - everyone thought it was so difficult to make and I've been asked to make another! I found I had loads of icing which I put on really thick but it was so yummy."

"Gorgeous - I did make some additions because of the earlier comments. Youd definitely need to add extra water as the quinoa soaks up alot. I added fresh chilli, cumin and peppers, and plenty of coriander at the end. It was lovely and spicey and warming and very healthy!"

"I swapped the butter for banana and added some dried apricot pieces. These were lovely and much less fat and kcals. They were alot softer than with butter but still had the crunch of the nuts"

"These are lovely and pefect for a quick breakfast - does anyone have any suggestions to make these lower in fat as 7g of sat fat is quite a lot. I would also like to put some dried fruit in which I think would be really nice."
