"Didn't like the idea of cooking meat in microwave, so adapted the recipe and cooked it in the wok instead. Loved the sauce and this tasted fresher and better than any takeaway !! Served this with plain rice - we actually cooked this dish faster than it took the rice to cook !!"

"Fabulous ! I only had one loaf tin, so used that and the remaining of the mixture I put into 6 x muffin tins (baked for 25 mins only). Loved the topping. Had this hot with custard/ice cream.... Mmmmmm - a must for everyone to try. This recipe is worth 6 stars !!"
