Festive jammie dodgers

"These make great presents. You can make them in different shapes to suit the occasion. Also, I sprinkled dessicated coconut onto the jam in the hole. Found I needed to cook them for 40 minutes."

Salmon, dill & potato tart

"Yeah, this was really nice. I doubled the filling and made in a bigger tin, then sprinkled cheese on top before going into the oven. Half of it was nice hot last night for dinner, and I'm sure the other half will be just as nice cold for lunch today."

"Increased biscuit base ingredients to x 1.5 and added gelatine to the cream mixture to make it more solid. It was so scrum I made it twice in 1 week!"
