"180c if you have a normal electric oven 160c if you have an electric fan oven Recipe is fantastic, have made many many times & I always substitute honey for golden syrup, reduce caster sugar by 25g & increase muscovado sugar by 25g. Everyone who's ever tried this cake loves it"
