"This is so lush. I've made it twice now. Using riccota cheese and fresh spinach. My husband hates olives but even he enjoys it. My young children love olives so happily eat it and really like capers now. "

"Tried this for lunch yesturday and I was really surprised how tasty it was. The children asked for seconds so thumbs up. I used dried beans so had to pre-soak them over night but at 42p for 500g (almost doubles when soaked in water)this turned out to be a mega cheap meal. I added a bit more bacon but I will happily make this again without. Will try freezing the sauce next time so I'm prepared quick last minute meals. "

"Easy meal for when your snowed in! Had a tin of frankfurters (purchased by mistake)in ths cupboard for months so delighted I could use them up and the family loved this dish so much will have to buy them again. I increased the pasta to allow for better portion size, added sun dried tomatoes as suggested by Marola, pinch of dried chilli and served with homemade crusty bread. "

"I made this last year using left over turkey and will be making it again this year. I agree with the comment above, so the second time I made it I increased the stock and cream slightly and it was much better. "
