Seven-hour lamb

"This method of cooking lamb has become my family's favourite. None of them were previously keen on lamb, but they'll gobble it up if I cook it this way. I highly recommend it."

Parmesan broccoli

"Instead of normal butter, I used 1T Lurpak garlic butter and tossed the steamed broccoli in that. Finished off using the parmesan as suggested."
