    "Reenapegg, I'm so sorry for you that this didn't work for you! It sounds like you've ended up with too much sugar making it syrupy, you should have just boiled it up again until it reached the right consistency, it doesn't matter than you had tried to set it already. If you still need christmas gifts the fruity christmas biscotti on this website is really nice and quite quick and easy to make! "

    "I was very impressed with this, I wasn't convinced at first that just adding the butter at the end would really impart much flavour but it ended up beautifully spiced. I loved having left over butter in the freezer to pull out when I wanted it, and would definately reccomend the saffron potatoes too."

    "This was really good. I didn't use as much water having read the other reviews, fried the chorizo first so I didnt have to add extra oil, and added a splash of red wine, mushrooms and used baked beans instead of kidney beans. I served with mash and will definately make again!"

    "I love this! I make it every year for bonfire night and drink it outside from cups while watching the fireworks. I now grate the cheese and stir through rather than using cubes on the top as I find them a bit intense by themself, and als found they sank to the bottom of the cup making it a bit difficult to 'drink'!"
