Thai shredded chicken & runner bean salad

"This was a beautiful and tasty salad. I precooked my chicken by boiling a pan of water, added chopped chilli, chopped garlic and a splash of fish sauce. Add the chicken breasts to the pan and cover with a lid. Take off the heat and the chicken will be cooked in 20 mins. I then followed the recipe to the letter. I used the quantities as above though was only cooking for 2 people and there was none left! I don't think it is enough for 4 people. Will definately be making this again!"

"This was really yummy! I made it last night for myself, husband and 6 year old daughter and was enjoyed by everyone. I served it with homemade cruncy coleslaw (GF July 2007) and potato wedges. Will definately make again."

"I love this recipe! I have now made this 3 times and it is so much nicer if you marinate for at least 1 hour first. I have never used Harissa before making this dish, though I use a bit more than what the recipe suggests. I also seal chicken in a hot pan first (just top side) then cover with foil in oven to keep it all moist. I serve it with couscous and green beans from the gardden. Really yummy."

"I have cooked this dish many times and is a favourite with my 4yr old daughter and hers friends. she has helped me to prepare as well. Definetly is a dish that you don't want to prepare to much in advance as the pasta soaks all the sauce up and can end up being a bit dry."

Ultimate fish cakes

"I made these fishcakes with my 4 year old daughter. We used haddock instead of the cod. The recipe was so straight forward and easy to do. My daughter loved making these and thought they tasted very yummy. This is definately a recipe that we will make again."
