"We are not big fans of risotto but this is delicious. I have made it with proscuitto and replaced it with choritzo which is absolutely delicious. I just sliced the choritzo in thin slices and fried them in a non-stick pan without any oil and poured the lovely oils that came out over the risotto, it is lovely. I used M & S choritzo. Yum!!! making it tonight again! I agree with Jak and Bob, no salt required."

"This is the best Lemon tart ever, it keeps quite well too. Absolutely delicious. I would say though that using icing sugar for the top I found it difficult to carmelise even with my blow torch. I will try it with demerera I think."

"In a senior moment I decided to do the whole South African recipe from this issue, the prawn cakes, babotie, chutney and cocount tart for a South African friend and colleague of my husband. Broke the rule about not making a dish for the first time for a dinner party! and to make South African food for a South African!!!! Senior?? Crazy. Everything turned out perfectly! no All spice berries out here in Yemen but it was all absolutely delicious. Our friend said it was truly authentic Why am I commenting now? he has just rang to ask me to make it for a party he is having!!!"
