"At last I can make yorkshire puddings I am not embarrassed putting on the table. Thank you so much, I used to use the same recipe as parlington and the puddings were wimps. Now I can produce manly puddings I am proud of."

"it was the first time I have cooked fish that was not from a box. Easy to do and looked professional. Friends were impressed. Flavours not as strong as expected but was very good."

"Very nice very sweet. Next time I will serve it with creme fraiche rather than custard. Used the microwave and grilled it for a couple of mins to give the impression it was cooked in the oven. Fooled everyone except the dog. "

"it is easy to make. I do not have any rum in the house so I used Bailey's. It was marvelous. Impressed the guests with the taste but it did not look like the photograph - it was a bit messy. Good recipe. "
