"Great. Did need extra cooking but we liked it a bit runny. I blow torched the sugar and it gave it a lovely brulee style. Small portions though. Mary"

"Excellent recipe. I used 1.5 times the volume of ingredients for the coating and filling which went down well with the eaters! When sponges come out of the oven they may look burnt - don't worry, they're not it's just the cocoa that colours it. I used the advise of comments made about breaking a flake on the top for decor. Next time I'll use white choc as decor too to show a contrast. "
