"I've already made this - it was in last months copy of Good Food. The most difficult thing about it is trying to keep the cranberries in when you're rolling it up if you've used fresh ones (I kept them nearer to the centre and they finished up in the right place). We've just cooked one roll and frozen the other for Christmas dinner; it tastes as good as it looks and is well worth the effort. "

"This really is delicious and incredibly easy to make. I'm not sure about your 5 mins preparation time though although I did make it with freshly squeezed oranges after using the zest for another recipe. I'm putting it into a nice jar then into a home-made hamper as a gift. I'll have to make a batch for myself now."
