"Sunday lunch dessert - a bit too little crumble topping. May try omitting flour next time and using just oats. Roasted plums in advance and added crumble topping just before cooking again. Served with vanilla ice cream. Yummy!"

"Served this for Sunday lunch with roast lamb. Was a doddle to put together and really delicious. Used 3 aubergines and a tad more olive oil. Very popular and different!"
