Strawberry sablée tart

"Made this tart a few times last summer - a wonderful combination of flavours - really memorable to eat and brought many compliments. Easy to prepare but needs to be put together just before serving first course or pastry loses some of its delicious biscuity quality."

Mango & passion fruit pavlova roulade

"Tried this for a Sunday Lunch - I made it and froze it very successfully. Would recommend a well ripened mango to get the proper flavour from the filling. Mine was a little bland. Could add a dash of lime juice to the fruit before adding to the cream to sharpen it slightly."

Mary Berry's Christmas chutney

"have just bottled this off. Found it took a good bit longer than 30 minutes to get to chutney consistency but it looks very impressive now. Definitely agree that it is not as innocent as it looks- watch the cayenne pepper very carefully!"

"Delicious bread - great flavour. I had basil infused oil which I used instead of olive oil but it wouldn't change the taste that much. Preparing the vegs was fiddly enough but assembling the dough itself was a doddle. Nice change from tomato bread!"
