"One of my favourites, the Mange Tout can be substituted for your favourite veg and the flavours are well balanced :D"

"Lovely recipe - used a fresh chilli and only used 2tbsp sugar and the sauce was well balanced and complimented the beef perfectly! I didn't really fry the beef long enough but still good...Next time i will fry the beef longer and use honey instead of sugar - loking forward to trying this one again! :D"
