"I made this recipe for our neighbours who have been so very kind to us over the last few months . I loved this recipe. It was so easy to prepare and I served with Butterfly of Lamb stuffed with Goats Cheese and fresh herbs. Mixed Beans, Roast Potatoes, Asparagus and Red Wine Gravy Tasty, Easy to Cook and very pleasing to the eye."
