"This is a really tasty way to cook salmon (which I can find quite bland) Instead of serving with rice I boiled the leftover marinade with the sweet chilli dipping sauce and tossed it through some rice noodles. Will being making again and hopefully will get the weather to try it on the barbie!!!"

"Made this with salmon fillets and served with rice noodles. It was lovely. but think the pak choi was a bit nondescript. Might try it next time with whole spring onions or baby leeks instead. All in all a quick and tasty dish , I will be making it again."

"Delicious soup, but I don't like broad beans so diced a courgette and added that instead. Really good for lunch on a cold day. Have passed the recipe on to several friends and work colleagues already."
