"Hello,I'm Mariella from Malta.Today i have tried this carrot cake and i must say that it came really good.The smell it made while cooking perfumed the whole house!I will definetly do it again as it is very easy to do and the result is Excellent.Even my children really liked it.Thankyou James for this wonderfull recipe!"

"I have tried this recipe today and added bolognese sauce instead of tomatoe sauce.It came delicious as a main course.My husband really loved it and me too.The combination of meat with aubergine and peppers was wonderfull.Definatley will do it again.Something different for meat lovers!"

"I have tried these kebabs yesterday for a BBQ.I used crunchy peanut butter because that's what i had plus i added some crushed garlic as well.They came really nice and cook very quickly.Will try them again!"

"I have tried this recipe last night for a bbq.I slow cooked them in the oven prior the guests came and then i gave them the last bit of browning on the BBQ.They came really nice and tender and the sauce was lovely.I served them as an appetizer and they went down very well.Double batch next time!"

"I have made this recipe more than once now,in fact it is a family favourite especially with the kids.The first time i tried it exactly like the recipe and the second time i made it with tomatoe sauce and different toppings like a pizza.The pastry comes really soft and delicious.I like to do it almost every BBQ as a starter.If you're going to try it make sure to double the recipe as it disappears very fast!"
