    Braised Sicilian vegetables with olive gremolata

    "Interesting taste, nice and health dish. Allthough I found it became a bit boring after a while (I served it as a quick light supper with nothing but a green salad on the side). Will make this again! I am going to try to serve it with some fish next time."

    "This wasn't a success with my guests. Sticky messy goo, impossible to cut and serve on a plate. The filo base came out of the tin with no problems, and looked crispy enough. The custard tasted good but it turned the filo chewy, and not in a good way. Maybe also because of the egg on the filo instead of butter? I might consider using the 'diet-custard' in another pud sometimes, of just make a full fat heavy tart and take half a serving : )"

    Sticky chicken with mango couscous

    "So quick and yet tasty. Used cranberry compote instead of marmelade once, which worked fine as well. Didnt have rice vinegar, so I used lemon-flavoured vinegar, tasted nice."

    "Love it! Added a cinnamon stick to the tomato sauce and I sometimes add more herbs (different every time, garlic, thyme or oregano), since i use plain tomato. I also prefer the aubergine griddled, and allthough it works from the microwave, turned a bit soggy and sadlooking indeed. Last time I got away with boiling the aubergine slices shortly and leaving the whole dish in the oven (fan 175C) instead of the grill (everything to escape having to using more grease on those spongy aubergines... ;)"
