"Just wondering if this bread is as good after it has been frozen? I have 20 people coming on Saturday having a help-yourself type lunch and would like to make couple of these in advance, freeze them so that they will still be "fresh" on the day. Any advice gratefully appreciated."

"I measured 125 grams into a regular sized cappucino type cup and it came exactly to the rim. Hope this helps"

"Hi ladies, Just a suggestion, as cup sizes vary (in more ways than one!) why not measure out 125grams into one of your cups then it might speed things up when making them. I´m just about to start them now. Will let you know. "

"Apologies for forgetting to say that I made the sorbet ( with my 9 year old niece) from fresh orange juice, golden caster sugar and one star anise. We also melted the whiskey marmalade and then whizzed it in a food processor before adding it to the vanilla ice cream. It worked really well for us. "
