"For a change leave out the vanilla pod and add a shot of Baileys and a bar of chocolate grated, before serving sprinkle with some more grated chocolate - gorgeous. Always the 1st thing to dissapear at parties & bbq's. The only time my cheescake didn't set was when my kitchen was too hot - pudding became cheesecake soup!"

"This was gorgeous!!! So tasty and very easy to make. Used chicken breast and substituted carrots for the mushrooms but the end result was delicious. Not sure that it would have served 4 though - we felt it was just enough for 2. Bought some bread to 'mop' up the left over sauce but there wasn't any! Will definatly be cooking this again and again."

"This was great. Made it as part of a Meze starter on new years eve and was a bit unsure how it would turn out but everyone loved it and went back for more. I love feta cheese so I doubled the amount I put in - glad I did as I don't think it would have been cheesy enough without it. We ate the leftover pie cold the next day with home made tsatziki and red pepper hummous - lovely. Am going to be making this again very soon! "

"This was really good - my husband hadn't fancied it but after he had tasted it he thought it was great - said it was like a restaurant one and would prefer it to a takeout in future. The middle of my base wasn't as cooked as I would have liked but I think it may not have been thin enough. Can't wait to try it again with different toppings. Really easy and cheap to make too."
