"This was disappointing. Coriander, halloumi cheese, and puy lentils are three of my favourite ingredients - I couldn't believe my luck when they were all three in the same recipe. But it was nothing special at all. I will try it again, because it was so easy. Next time I shall make sure the lentils are still warm when they are served, and fry the cheese in chilli before hand."

"This was delicious. The sauce was rich and punchy. I don't recommend making it without the wine - the wine was the point. I used chicken breasts and cooked them for almost two hours due to husband's train being delayed, topping them up with water. Absolutely gorgeous. And so easy. I agree this would be an ideal slow cooker recipe."

"I did this in a real rush in a bid to spruce up Sunday lunch. It was lovely, really good. I used white wine vinegar, demerara sugar and because I was rushing and misread the recipe, I put in the juice of an orange instead of the zest. Still tasted really lovely. "

"I have made these with sour cream and with greek yoghurt. Fine with either, though sour cream is better. I too came unstuck regarding melting the white chocolate, so served these just lathered in the melted plain chocolate calling them Hot Chocolate Muffins and they went down a storm."

"I loved this recipe, as did my husband and cheese loving baby. I added carrots and leeks and served it with dijon mustard on the side, as well as putting a little bit in the cheese sauce. Easy method for white sauce - put milk, flour and butter in pan and whisk gently while it heats up and thickens. Guarenteed no lumps. "
