"I have written a far more extensive note which would not be accepted at the time by the server for whatever reason so I am limiting this comment to one of complete satisfaction with the end result as well as pointing out that the quantities are also quite generous particularly when an accompanying dish is also served (basmati rice with saffron in my case)."
