"really easy and delicious. i made the dulce de leche myself (oven method) and was too inpatiient to wait for it to look like it does in the photo, but it was still so good. i didn't have hard caramels so i stuck any caramel sweets at the bottom. this sets quicker than other cheesecakes i've made, but next time i'm definitely making it the day before so it sets a bit more."

"A M A Z I N G i didn't think it'd work out with only ricotta but it did. i made it a three layer lasagne by adding mushrooms to the mix and adding a half of a tub of creme fraiche to make the creaminess go further. also a lot more cheese than specified. i never use shop made sauces but i tried the lloyd grossman tomato and basil one along with a bit of my own. for the top layer i added a lot more cheese though, along with bits of mozzarella and halloumi along with cheddar. i didn't precook, bought no precook sheets and it took 40 minutes in the oven. i'm never going to bother with making messy milk sauces again."

"easy to make and delicious. eat this whenever i need a bit of 5 a day. i use the dressing portions for one serving and it tastes great! when i'm out of honey i use sweet chilli sauce and i use a tiny bit of tabasco instead of chopped chilli."

"absolutely amazing...was surprised at how simple it was. i salted it and added a bit of lemon juice and served with pineapple! it was delicious, like an exotic paella."
