"It was quite good. I rubbed most of the butter on the outside of the skin though. I served it with steamed broccoli, carrots and sugarsnaps."

"I used 2 tbsp teriyaki marinade and 3 tsp red miso paste, as 2 tbsp seems like a lot for just 600 ml of stock. I added some green veg to the soup and noodles, it was quite delicious!"
