"Try using this lovely sauce withou the cream for gnocchi, cook it first, drain and add sauce, then pour over some cheese sauce, homemade, packet or bottled and little parmesan or cheddar cheese sprinkled on top. Pop in the oven at about 180- 200c just to brown the top 15 mins or so. Delicious. "

"A lovely twist on this is to use grated mature cheddar, finely chopped onion, a little chopped ham, some mayo and a touch of mustard to bind together. Mix together and spread on top of toast, then whack under the grill yummy yum yum."

"Crushed ginger biscuits are much nicer than digestives and a little bit of dark chocolate melted and drizzled across the top. Reminds me of those chocolate lime sweets my nanna used to give us as children x"
