"Have had not only 2nd helpings, but 3rd too. Just used baby corn, okra, peas and broccoli. Very tasty, bumped up the amounts to make enough for 2 plus extra for tomorrow."

"These are great - For a change try substituting the breadcrumbs for crushed breakfast cereal, like cornflakes etc (Just not the super sweetened types.)"

"WOW! This was easy to make & boy did it go down a treat - very rich. Freezer bag as piping bag was a great idea too. With regards to difficulty slicing - I put mine in the freezer for a little longer & used a very sharp carving knife."
