Healthy homemade houmous

"I make this regularly, but without the tahini paste. Also works as a great base for experiments with coriander leaves/powdered cumin/chilli/lime. Whatever! It's healthy and delicious!"

"Delicious. Used much less butter and only added horseradish for the adults (it just cuts through the sweetness a little). Will become a regular. So comfortingly smooth!"
