    "My fiance has made this twice now. First time following the instructions exactly (minus the tomatoes as he forgot to put them in! And using chicken breasts cut in half), second time with a Tesco very low fat cream cheese and mushrooms instead of tomatoes. Used tinned veg as well. We both preferred the first version. It was rich but really tasty. The low fat version was nice as well though. May try with the medium fat cream cheese next time when I can get him to cook it again! We served it with a tear and share garlic bread. Overall would really recommend this dish! Yummy! :)"

    Gnocchi with courgette, mascarpone & spring onions

    "Yummy!!! Both me and my other half loved this!! Took on board what other people said and used low fat Phillidelphia and added some garlic as well. Also added to 2 medium courgettes - wouldn't want any less in there! The lemon added a really nice taste too. Will be making again! Lovely!"

    "This was very quick and easy to make, but agree with Heather that it was missing something. Would maybe use fresh garlic in the cream cheese but also like the idea of using boursin. Also thought about halfing the emmental and making it up with cheddar for more flavour. Did enjoy it though!"

    "This was nice and simple to cook, but thought it needed a little bit more flavour. I added a clove of crushed garlic and mushrooms as well. I did half smoked paprika and half normal paprika, but if i do this again, then will definately use all smoked! I served mine with mash potato and a green veg. The pork was lovely and tender as well. "
