"I thought this was delicious, especially with the previous suggestion of adding some red pesto to the couscous for some extra zing. It seemed to make absolutely loads so I ended up having some for lunch the next day which was still tasty!"

"Delicious! The red wine made the sauce taste really rich and flavoursome but wasn't overpowering, and the meat came up so tender. I shared the pie with my housemate who normally can't stand mushrooms but who said it was really nice, and the house smelt gorgeous whilst it was cooking!"

"I really enjoyed this cake, the vanilla in the sponge and the cream gave it a really nice taste although I'd forgotten how hard it is to whip cream by hand! I decorated it with fresh strawberries which I thought went really nicely. The only problem I had is that it didn't keep very well, but I think the fact that it was too big for my cake box meant air got in and made the cream taste slightly odd."

"I made this with cherry tomatoes from my grandma's garden and chillis and onions from our garden! I left the seeds in the chillis, to give it a good kick, but it's not too spicy. I chopped the tomatoes and onions up as small as possible. I had to cook it for nearly an hour until the tomatoes were browned, and I've ended up with a rather thick, salsa-like chutney that works nicely in sandwiches. I sterilised my jars and put the mixture into them whilst it was still slightly hot, to allow the jars to seal a bit. So far I've found that it keeps well in the fridge- about two months is the longest it's lasted so far, but it usually gets eaten before then!"

"I used NiniB's suggestion of changing the spices slightly- I added cumin, paprika, and a bit of curry powder, which produced a lovely breadth of flavour. I fell down slightly in that I tried to make the recipe to serve one as opposed to 6 and my rice ended up a bit undercooked, but all in all it was very tasty!"
