"I used Cointreau as I didn't have Grand Marnier. Also, one cannot find chocolate oranges in Belgium, so I used some orange-flavoured milk chocolate and plain milk chocolate. The result was delicious, one of the best chocolate cakes I have ever tasted. I made it for New Year's Eve and my guests were delighted. Will definitely make it again some tine soon!"

"Very tasty meal, although my husband doesn't like the crust on the salmon, he takes it off. I too have to cook the salmon a bit longer, but it could be because of my not-so-great oven. Anyway, it's delicious and simple! I've been making it almost regularly for a year now. I use lemon or lime, I sometimes leave the crumbs out, all depending on what I have in my pantry at that moment. The result is always great and I accompany it with steamed vegetables."
