    "This is really good but you have to tweak it a bit. first dredge the chicken pieces with seasoned flour before frying them. Instead of bacon I added a cacciatore sausage which I sliced and fried with the onions and garlic and I added a green pepper. You could use a chorizo instead. I used a jar of cherry tomato sauce and a tin of tomatoes as I cooked with 8 pieces of skinless chicken thighs with bone in. I put it in the oven for 1 hr @ 190C and then added the mascarpone and basil and parsley. Served it with brown rice. To die for! totally recommend it."

    "I agree this recipe is awesome! Its basically carbonara. Easy quick and great tasting, what else do you want? This is going to be one of our weekly recipes from now on. I added lemon zest as well and some chilli flakes to give it a zing. :) bon appetit "

    "I cooked this with leek instead of an onion and also instead of all those spices, I used curry powder and chives instead of dill. I served this pie with a mixed salad or sometimes I serve it with asparagus and corn on the cob or other vegetables."

    Tandoori salmon with spicy mango & cucumber chutney

    "This was good, I also cooked some prawns with the salmon. I cooked it in the oven and then at the end, grilled the skin for a crispy skin. yummy! With the salad , I added some orange juice, rice wine vinegar, olive oil, coriander leaves & salt & pepper."

    "I added red wine vinegar, allspice,garlic, chili, and ras al hanout(middle eastern spice mix) to the recipe and also added peppers on the skewers with the lamb and onions. I served it with humus mixed with Greek yogurt and tabbouleh salad."
