"Sorry Greg but this is not the best. I have made a few banana loaves over the years but I won't be making this one again. It tastes ok but the appearance and texture are not good. I'll stick to my old recipe from now on."

"I used white potatoes, gave the pots and onions five minutes in oven before adding the chops and topped with redcurrant jelly instead of mustard. I also added seasoning. Very tasty."

"Lovely! I doubled up the recipe, adding a wee bit of butter to the oil for the mushrooms. The base of the croissant went slightly soggy from the tomatoes which made them a wee bit difficult to lift so, the next time I will spread the top of the split croissant with the mashed toms. Very complimentary comments all round and clean plates!"
