Chocolate & orange fudge squares

"I've made these brownies about ten times and everybody always raves about them. I have made some slight changes to the recipe. First of all the amount of butter is way to much so I use about 75-100 g butter, furthermore I don't add zest to the mixture and also leave out the topping (prefer mine plain or with icecream). But I do add chopped pecan nuts. Lastly I alway bake them slightly longer then recommended (about 30-35 min). Oh and it is important that the tray you use isn't to deep because then it willn't cook in the middle and become dry on the outside"

"still need to try this one but a quick tip for the biscuit base: crush, biscuits mix with melted butter (maybe a little bit more than mentioned here) press it into the springvorm with a spoon AND!!! then put it in the fridge for about 1 hour then take it out and follow the rest of the recipe. I always make a biscuitbase like this and it never falls apart"

"this recipe is absolutely fantastic!! makes a nice fluffy coucous which isn't dry! I added some diced chicken seasoned with salt pepper chili-powder and basil which I put in the wok together with the diced pepper. I also added some semi-sundried tomatoes, juice of half a lemon and i used a provincial herbes veg. stock tablet. Delicious!!!"
