"Well it kept me occupied for a couple of hours, what a shame it wasn't worth the effort! I have never made such a bland, tasteless and disappointing lasagne! Won't be making this one again, I shall stick to my usual recipe in future. :o("

"I usually mess about making smoked salmon mousse but not anymore...... this is so simple, no dissolving gelatin or wondering if it's going to set, just quick, easy and delicious! (and surprisingly low fat if you use extra light soft cheese) "

"Fantastic recipe for brussel lovers! I have to make this most weekends with my roast now as it goes down so well. A word of warning, if you use smaller quantities of brussels don't reduce the amount of stock or they just won't cook in time! Also works really well with sliced leeks if you fancy a change."
